Principia Iuris, published by the Faculty of Law at Universidad Santo Tomás, Tunja Section, presents its 45th issue, corresponding to the second semester of 2024. This edition compiles original research on current legal and socio-legal issues such as access to healthcare in prison contexts, narco-culture, the graduation of tax penalties, the protection of ethnic communities, and technological disruption in commercial law.
