Resumo

O objetivo desta pesquisa é identificar os setores com maior impacto em termos de produto, emprego e renda na economia de Boyacá, buscando gerar contribuic;oes para debate e possíveis políticas públicas den­tro do departamento.Através da análise de insumo-produto regional,os coeficientes de localizac;ao FLQ sao usados em sua versao modificada como um método indireto, além disso, é usado o foco de extrac;ao hipotética tipo a Son nis. Constatou-se que o setor agro­pecuário junto com a criac;ao especializada de animais possui importantes multiplicado­res no produto, ratificando a vocac;ao rural do departamento; mas encontra-se que essas filia is nao tem o mesmo impacto na gerac;ao de emprego e renda, onde setores como eletricidade, petróleo e telecomunicac;oes tem multiplicadores mais altos.Apesar dos efeitos acima mencionados, há urna baixa conexao entre os diferentes setores, urna conclusao tirada da análise de ambos os multiplicadores e extrac;ao hipotética.
