Resumen
Este artículo tiene como objetivo integrar el marco de los derechos humanos con los principios del bioderecho en el análisis de la importancia fundamental que tiene el derecho a la alimentación para garantizar una vida digna a todo ser humano. La conclusión será que es necesario garantizar y proteger el derecho humano a la alimentación, tomando en cuenta las obligaciones que también tienen los estados bajo el principio de vulnerabilidad, que requiere de acciones gubernamentales, que pueden entrar en conflicto con las normas del comercio internacional, como las establecidas en tratados de libre comercio.
